Archipelago of Nosy Be / Madagascar

We are delighted to propose cruises leaving from Nosy- Be on the Isle of Ramada in the north-west of Madagascar from July through September.

Nosy-Be is an archipelago composed of islands and isles, ideal for diving cruises or sailing. You will be able to observe the marine life of the Indian Ocean that has made sites like the Maldives so popular with divers, from sweetlips to the inoffensive whale shark, as well as sea turtles and of course, beautiful and varied coral reefs. You will also discover the friendliness and hospitality of the Malagasy inhabitants, which alone can justify this timeless trip....

The Radama Islands

The Radama Islands are little replicas of Grand-Terre. It is easy to find a bit of this in each one of them. Their landscape and geology, inhabitants, wildlife, with a different destiny for each island linked to their unique history and environment.

Nosy Kalakarojo :

The largest island in the Radama Archipelago is Nosy Kalakarojo located 50 miles south of Nosy Be. When nearing this island, it is easy to believe that heaven on earth does really exist: the water is astonishingly transparent, and with your first step on the beach your toes will sink comfortably into soft white sand; the landscape is stark, wild and natural.

Nosy Antany Mora :

The island of Antany Mora is located 10 miles south of Nosy Kalakarojo. If approached by the north, you will notice many little isles where various sea birds nest and breed. Its long northern beach is occupied by one of the largest campgrounds of shark fishermen of this north-western coast. The livelihood of the island currently depends on shark fishing.

Nosy Berafia :

An impressive silhouette, with a north-south orientation over 10 kilometers long and three kilometers wide, Nosy Berafia is in reality a real piece of Grande-Terre. It is definitely worth the detour to discover the little village of Mahabo, nestled on top of a high tree-filled hill. Malahbo is home to the royal tombs and the Kabary House where rites and endless discussions with the council still go on.
